| Gourmet Tamales with a Southern Twist.
Block Factory Tamales is a small company based in Germantown, NY and our focus is making tamales using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible.
Block Factory Tamales are made by hand with 80% of the ingredients sourced from local farms. The corn flour is organic and gluten free and is sourced from Wild Hive in Clinton Corners, NY. The meats are locally raised and free range from North Wind Farms in Tivoli, NY. I am lucky to have access to fresh vegetables even in the winter months due to my proximity to several farms that use greenhouses to raise vegetables year round. My vegetable sources include: Migliorelli Farms in Tivoli, NY; Madura Farms in Middleton, NY; Blue Star Farms in Stuyvesant, NY and Eger Brothers in Hudson, NY
